What are the national speed limits for cars?
30 mph where there are street lights unless signed otherwise (20 mph default on restricted roads in Wales), 60 mph on single carriageways, 70 mph on dual carriageways and motorways. Towing reduces the last two.
Who has priority at a roundabout?
Normally traffic approaching from your immediate right — unless signs, road markings or traffic lights tell you otherwise.
