About these terms
These terms govern your use of The License Desk and any materials you buy from us. The License Desk is a trading name of Elite Digital Ai Solutions Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (“we”, “us”, “our”) — the company you are contracting with. By using this site or buying a product, you agree to these terms.
What we provide
We sell downloadable study materials for US state contractor licensing exams, including practice questions, explained answers and study guides. The free practice content on this site is provided for general study use.
Orders and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. Payment is handled by a third-party payment provider acting as merchant of record; your purchase is also subject to their terms. Your order is confirmed once payment is completed.
Delivery
Products are digital and delivered electronically — normally by an email download link sent to the address used at checkout immediately after purchase. If your download does not arrive, contact [email protected] and we will resend it.
Refunds
Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, you agree that delivery begins as soon as you access the download, at which point the statutory right to cancel no longer applies. If you have not yet downloaded the materials, or if there is a genuine problem with your purchase, contact us within 14 days and we will help, including issuing a refund where appropriate.
Licence and acceptable use
When you buy a product we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own exam preparation. You may not resell, redistribute, share, publish or create derivative commercial products from our materials. We retain all intellectual property rights in everything we produce.
Independent resource — no affiliation
The License Desk is an independent study resource. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any state licensing board, PSI, NASCLA, Professional Testing, or any other exam administrator. Our materials are study aids written to the style of the official exam outlines; they are not actual exam questions, and we do not guarantee any particular exam result. Always verify current statutes, fees and requirements with the official state board before applying or bidding.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the site or our materials is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for exam outcomes or for any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
